1. About this site
This website is provided by Paid Attention Studio for general informational and marketing purposes. Using this site does not create a client, consulting, or fiduciary relationship. Any engagement we undertake is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
2. Results disclaimer
Case studies, revenue figures, ROAS numbers, testimonials, and screenshots displayed on this site reflect specific past engagements with specific clients under specific conditions. They are not typical and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of any particular result for any other business. Your results will depend on many factors, including your product, market, budget, offer, timing, and execution—many of which are outside our control.
3. Signal Six and the direction guarantee
Signal Six is a flat-fee creative engagement. Stated timing begins only after Paid Attention receives payment and your complete assets, and after you approve the concepts and scripts. First master videos are delivered within 7 to 10 business days of that start point. After you share usable first-round performance data, three rapid follow-up iterations on the strongest signal are delivered within two business days, and that follow-up window remains available for 30 days after the first batch.
The sprint excludes original filming, actors and creator sourcing, media buying and ad spend, landing-page work, raw project files, additional concepts beyond the three angles, unlimited revisions, and legal or regulatory approval of product claims. You are responsible for substantiating any product claim you ask us to make. Approved final exports carry permanent usage rights, subject to disclosed third-party licenses.
Direction guarantee. If a delivered master materially misses the direction and scope you approved, Paid Attention corrects the miss at no additional charge, and that correction does not consume the revision round included in your scope. This is not a refund promise. We do not guarantee CPA, ROAS, revenue, platform approval, or profitability; we guarantee only the deliverables and agency-controlled deadlines stated in your signed agreement, which controls. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or contract.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site—including text, layout, graphics, and source code—is owned by Paid Attention Studio or its licensors. All third-party names, logos, product names, and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. Any spec or conceptual work shown is an independent creative exercise and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands referenced.
5. No warranties
This site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Paid Attention Studio, its owners, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this site.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paid Attention Studio from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of this site or violation of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in California.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
