1. Overview

Paid Attention Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this Lovable-hosted site and related pages. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what limited information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

What you submit. We only receive personal information you choose to share with us · for example, your name, brand URL, business email, monthly advertising spend range, available creative assets, and the notes you type when you submit an application, book a fit check through our third-party scheduling provider, or contact us by SMS or WhatsApp. Application submissions are stored in our hosted database (Supabase) and are visible only to our team.

First-party analytics. Our own pages measure how the site is used. We create a random first-party visitor ID and session ID, store them in your browser’s localStorage, and record on-site behavioral events such as page views, which sections you scroll to, which videos you open and how far you watch, button clicks, and partially completed form fields (name and email only, so we can follow up on an unfinished application). These records are kept in our own database. They are not advertising cookies, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to build profiles with third-party ad networks.

Standard server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and diagnostics.

No accounts. We do not offer user accounts on this site and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold discovery calls, provide our services, and communicate with you about your engagement. Server logs are used only for security, performance, and troubleshooting.

4. Third-party services

Some features are provided by third parties, which may set their own cookies or collect their own data subject to their privacy policies:

Embedded video and scheduling widgets may load resources from their respective providers and may set cookies when you interact with them.

5. Cookies

We do not set advertising cookies from our own domain, and we do not use third-party analytics tags such as Google Analytics. We do use first-party browser storage (localStorage) for the visitor and session IDs described in section 2, which power our own on-site analytics. Third-party embeds described above may set their own cookies when you engage with them. Clearing your browser storage resets your visitor ID.

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to (a) know what personal information we have collected about you, (b) request deletion of that information, and (c) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 7. Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
